Hi, I’m Manan, the founder of inside+®.

Inside+ was created from one simple frustration:

wellness has become complicated, crowded, and unclear.

Everywhere you look, there are products with 25 ingredients and zero intention.

Supplements that promise everything, but deliver nothing.

Formulas that don’t respect how the body actually works.

I wanted to build something different —

a system that gives your body exactly what it needs, only what it needs, and in the right direction.

Inside+ was born from years of experimenting with gut health, Ayurveda, and minimal nutrition. I realised that the body doesn’t need excess — it needs clarity. It needs intention. It needs support that works with its biology, not against it.
